Service call fee and repair estimate
The service call fee is $150. The estimate for the repair depends on the assessment and the work and parts the unit needs. Ask what the visit covers and request the applicable terms when you schedule.
Two-year repair warranty
Level provides a two-year repair warranty. Ask how it applies to the proposed work and what documentation to keep for a warranty request. If you are contacting us about prior work, include the service date, equipment model and any invoice or job reference.
